Tyler Daas is a dedicated Human Resources Specialist at One Workplace since December 2019, providing comprehensive support that includes policy interpretation, employee assistance, and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training initiatives. With experience as a full-cycle recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Tyler has played a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience in a growing commercial furniture retail environment. Prior experiences include working as an Optician at Costco Wholesale, serving on the UCSB Education Abroad Review Committee, and conducting social media research as a Research Assistant at UCSB. Tyler holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in German Studies and Communication from UC Santa Barbara, along with an internship at Freie Universität Berlin, and has also contributed to educational programs as an English tutor and swim instructor.
