Talia Liney is the current Project Manager for Asia Pacific at One Tree Planted. Talia has held this position since March of 2022. Prior to this, they were the Global Restoration Monitor Coordinator at the Global EverGreening Alliance from May of 2019 to March of 2022. Before that, they were a Researcher at Friends of the Earth from March to July of 2019, and an Intern at the World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia from February to March of 2019.

Talia Liney has a Master's degree in Ecosystem Management and Conservation from the University of Melbourne. Talia also has an Agriculture Professional Practicum in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from The Australian Consortium for '​In-Country'​ Indonesian Studies. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Environment and Society in Forestry from RMIT University.
