Grace Adeniji-Ilesanmi is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner currently serving at One to One Health and co-owning the Black Lotus Wellness Center. With a diverse background in primary care, behavioral health management, and wellness services, Grace focuses on comprehensive patient care, including preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and health coaching. Prior experience includes significant roles at MedExpress, Premise Health, and Physicians Care, where Grace managed acute illnesses, coordinated health programs, and supervised healthcare teams. Grace holds an ongoing Doctor of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine, along with MSN and BSN degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
