Sophie Ross serves as the Executive Vice President at One Strategy Group since November 2023 and has been a Fellow at The RSA since July 2020. Previously, Sophie held the role of Initiative Lead for Economist Impact at The Economist from December 2022 to November 2023 and was the Executive Vice President at BCW Global from May 2018 to May 2022. Sophie's earlier experience includes positions at Burson-Marsteller and Grayling, where responsibilities ranged from Director to Account Manager. Sophie's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Modern History from the University of Birmingham, a Coaching Certification Program from Columbia University, and a recent study in Intercultural Communication for Global Business at the University of Cambridge.
