Nikki H. has worked in various marketing roles throughout their career. Nikki started in 2000 as a Business Development Assistant at Sony Music Entertainment and then moved on to work at AMG/PARADE, where they held different positions such as Senior Production Associate and Marketing Traffic Manager. In 2011, they joined Time Inc., where they worked as an Integrated Marketing Manager at Essence and then as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at All You. In 2016, Nikki joined Hearst Magazines as an Associate Director of Integrated Marketing at Redbook and later became an Associate Marketing Director for Hearst Women's Lifestyle Group. Nikki'smost recent role is as the Director of Marketing & Engagement at One Spirit Learning Alliance, which they started in 2019.
Nikki H. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University at Albany, SUNY. Nikki also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Communications at the University of Westminster. Additionally, they acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they specialized in Business, Management, and Marketing. Nikki further advanced their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Business Management at the same institution.
