Sarwar Imtiaz Khan has four years of work experience. In 2021, they worked as an Environmental Intern at the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency Islamabad, where they participated in public hearings, learned about EIA reports, and conducted industrial visits. In 2020, they were a Summer Intern at Akhuwat Foundation. In 2022, they were a Business Development Trainee at VTT Global Pvt. Limited, and a Business Development Associate at OneScreen.

Sarwar Imtiaz Khan is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). The degree is expected to be completed in 2022.
