Noah Hobbs is the Director of Strategy and Policy at One Roof Community Housing, where Noah has led efforts to expand the organization's reach and impact. Noah also serves as the Lending Director, significantly growing the department's budget. Additionally, Noah is an Assistant Baseball Coach at Denfeld High School and a former Duluth City Councilor and Council President. Noah has experience coaching baseball at Proctor Public Schools and has worked as a Planner at Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency. Noah holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Studies, Political Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
