Tom Merriman is the founder of Entelectual Coaching, a company aimed at improving the education and career prospects of personal trainers. Tom provides a platform, education, and support to help coaches succeed and contribute to creating a healthier world. Prior to founding Entelectual Coaching, Tom worked at Fitness Playground, where they held various roles such as Head of Education, Personal Training Manager, Learning & Development, and Personal Trainer. Tom also worked as a Training Facilitator at The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers from April 2017 to June 2020.

Tom Merriman attended the University of Stirling from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Sports Studies.
