Jaclyn Forman is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in guest experience management and operations. Currently serving as Channel Operations Manager at Brightwild since December 2021, Jaclyn has successfully developed workflows, managed over 200 property listings, and conducted strategic meetings to enhance SEO with major booking platforms.
