Brian Gladwell is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and acquisitions, currently holding a position at Brightwild since December 2021. Prior to this role, Brian served as Managing Partner at Big Pine Key Fishing Lodge from October 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing portfolio restructuring and navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges. Brian also held the role of Resort General Manager, overseeing various departments and establishing budgets. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations and Service Manager at Sea Center Marina, Motor Sales, Marine Store, and Repair, and as Banquet Manager at Maison & Jardin. Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida.
