Karen Browne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and workforce solutions sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of One Off Hospitality Group since January 2019, Browne leads efforts to enhance the organization’s growth through culinary innovation and event management. Prior to this, Browne held positions as Managing Partner at Browne & Brand, President and Chief Operating Officer at EG Workforce Solutions, and President at PeopleScout, where significant advancements in recruitment services were achieved. Additionally, Browne founded STEM Forward 4 Kids to foster essential skills in children, reflecting a commitment to innovation and leadership development. Browne holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Central Michigan University.
