Benoist d'Aillières has diverse work experience across various industries. Their most recent role is as an Independent Consultant and Project Manager in Finance and Controlling for One Man Support, a leading French independent consulting firm. Benoist joined in January 2022 and is currently still employed in this position.

Prior to this, Benoist worked as a Brand Finance Senior Manager at Coty from September 2022 to March 2023.

Benoist also served as a Project Manager for Delivery by Crane Truck at BRICO DEPOT, where they worked through BCC- Cabinet de Conseil from January 2022 to September 2022.

Benoist started their career as an Analyst in Private Equity at Calcium Capital from January 2016 to July 2016.

Benoist also worked as an Assistant Controller in the Italy and Southern Europe Gas Division of EDF from April 2015 to September 2015.

Additionally, they had a communication internship at Axa Assurcredit from April 2013 to August 2013, where they organized events and established connections with administrative and union organizations.

Benoist's early work experience includes a short-term internship at Gerolzhofen Verwaltung in July 2012.

From 2014 to 2017, they attended ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a "grande-école" degree in the field of CFO (conseil, finance et organisation).

Between 2013 and 2016, they studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they earned a Master's degree in Geography and Geopolitics.

In 2012 and 2013, they attended Université Paris-Sorbonne and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography.

During the same period, they also enrolled at Institut Supérieur de Management Publique et Politique (ISMaPP), earning a bac+3 degree in governance publique et politique.

From 2010 to 2012, they completed their schooling at Centre Madeleine Daniélou classe préparatoire, where they achieved the status of "sous-admissible au concours de l'ENS (Lyon)" and acquired an equivalence of 120 ECTS in the fields of Geography and Philosophy, focusing on the study of humanities.
