Lordleigh John Carlos has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a houseman at One King West Hotel & Residence since July 2022. In this role, Lordleigh assists the housekeeping department with cleaning common areas and addressing guest inquiries while ensuring sanitation protocols are followed. Additionally, Lordleigh has been a waiter at Java Hotel since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing customer interactions, order taking, and problem-solving equipment issues. Lordleigh holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Services with a focus on Food Science and Technology from Data Center College of the Philippines, completed in March 2015.
