Jay Shelton currently serves as CFO of One Holland Corporation and CEO of Barleycorn's since August 2023. Shelton has extensive experience in finance and operations, previously holding positions such as Adjunct Professor of Finance at Northern Kentucky University since February 2019, Director of Finance and Operations at Global Business Solutions, Inc. from January 2023 to August 2023, and Director of Finance at Brixey & Meyer Capital, LLC from April 2021 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at Heritage Bank, where Shelton led significant asset and income growth, and roles at Fifth Third Bank and Clopay Plastic Products Co. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Northern Kentucky University and a BS in Accounting from Murray State University.
