Jamie Leeper holds an MBA from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Central Oklahoma. Since 2012, Jamie has held multiple director positions at ONE Gas, including Director of Implementation Planning, where responsibilities include establishing a new department for technology replacements and creating long-term strategies for application design and deployment. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Services, overseeing Facility and Process Improvement teams, and Director of HR Business Partnerships, focusing on Employee Relations and customized HR solutions. Prior to ONE Gas, Jamie spent 17 years at AT&T, managing Mergers and Acquisitions projects and directing customer service operations, achieving success in various metrics and strategic initiatives.
