Jessica Grosso has been working in the energy industry since 2011, when they began their role as SVP, Head of Project Planning and Technology at One Energy LLC. In this role, they have been responsible for leading the project development process and team, as well as developing, maintaining, and improving the algorithms, methods, and processes used to take wind energy projects from first conception through project ground breaking. This includes remote sensing data campaigns, site design, compliance, land acquisition, wind resource assessments, and project reporting. Jessica has also held the roles of Chief Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Staff Engineer at One Energy LLC. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School from 2010.

Jessica Grosso completed their Master of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Earth Systems Science and Engineering with a Concentration in Climate Physics from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 2010.
