Lana Schmitz is an experienced UX Writer and Product & Support Content Manager at one.com since January 2020, with a history of roles including Guide & Content Writer and technical customer support. Previous freelance work from 2012 to January 2021 involved editing and translating various texts in German, Danish, and English, serving notable clients such as Gyldendal Forlag and the University of Copenhagen. Additional experience includes customer support and caretaker roles, internships in editing, and student assistant positions in prominent research and digitization projects at the University of Copenhagen. Lana holds a Master of Arts in Danish Language, Literature, and Linguistics from the University of Copenhagen, a Postgraduate Exchange Program in Applied Linguistics from the University of Sydney, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Danish and Scandinavian Studies from the University of Copenhagen and Goethe University Frankfurt, respectively.
