Eric Terry has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Eric currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at One Claim Solution since 2023. Before that, they worked at NetAngel from 2014 to 2020, where they held the positions of Board Member and CTO & Co-Founder. At NetAngel, Eric successfully developed a scalable web filtering system and expanded the company's customer base.

Eric also worked at WorkWave as a Software Engineering Manager from 2021 to 2023 and at Slingshot Technology, Inc. as the Director of Engineering from 2020 to 2022. At Slingshot Technology, they led the engineering team and developed various technologies such as bot technology for web chat and SMS, CRM integrations, and more.

Prior to that, Eric worked at Drip as an Engineering Team Lead and Senior Rails Developer from 2018 to 2020, where they made significant contributions to the architecture and development of a high-traffic SaaS application. Eric also worked at Entrepreneurial Technologies as a Senior Software Developer from 2016 to 2018, where they created custom mobile apps, software, and web-enabled applications.

At Intel Corporation, Eric worked as a Software Development Engineer (SDET) from 2014 to 2016, where they developed automation frameworks and testing tools. Eric also worked at McAfee as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2013 to 2016, contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and support of a SIEM product.

Eric's early career included roles as an ITS Security Specialist and an Internship in IT Security at Academy Mortgage Corporation from 2012 to 2013. Eric also worked as an Assistant System Administrator at BYU-Idaho from 2010 to 2012.

Eric Terry received their BS degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2013. In addition, they obtained the Security+ ce certification from CompTIA in April 2012.
