Lev Noppe is a Full Stack Developer at ONE City since November 2020, previously serving as a Web Developer at Wise Systems LTD from December 2016 to November 2020, focusing on ASP.NET and ERP solutions. Prior to that, Lev worked at the Israel Electric Company as a Finance Department Analyst, managing financial planning, SAP reports, and contract controls. Levā€™s career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where roles included Head Assistant in the Budget Department and Head of the Pension Calculations Unit, both emphasizing budget management and application development. Additionally, Lev was a Research Assistant at the University of Haifa. Lev holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Law from Novosibirsk State University, along with web development training from Udacity.
