Eva Hibnick has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Summer Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Eva then joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a Corporate Associate in 2011. In 2012, they became an Early Employee at General Assemb.ly. Eva co-founded One 400 in 2013 and worked as a Co-founder until 2017 when the company was acquired. In 2017, they founded One Step Software and currently holds the role of Founder. Finally, in 2022, Eva founded One Body, where they serve as the Founder.

Eva Hibnick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Florida, attending from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a JD degree from Harvard Law School, although the specific duration is unknown.
