Samantha (Lutz) Castellani serves as the Director of Customer Success at ONE, a neobank backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, since April 2022, and also holds the same title at Even, a company acquired by ONE in 2022. In addition, Samantha is a Board Member at Recovery Transportation Systems, a non-profit focused on transportation for those in recovery from substance abuse. Previous roles include Senior Account Director at Cutover, Senior Enterprise Account Manager and other progressive positions at Lyft, and various sales roles at ClearSlide and CBS Outdoor. Samantha is a founding member of the Sales Mastermind Network, a community for top sales professionals in NYC tech, and has held leadership positions during university years, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
