Mitch Hochberg is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various financial sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at ONE, Mitch also leads the Compliance Team, addressing critical areas such as Consumer Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance. Prior roles include Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where Mitch headed compliance for Marcus by Goldman Sachs, and partnership as General Counsel and co-founder at Fenway Summer, a startup focused on financial products. Previous experience includes significant positions at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Reserve Board, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, with a strong foundation in mortgage and bank regulation, structured finance, and consumer protection. Mitch holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and an MA in International Relations from Boston University’s Pardee School, along with a BA in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs.
