Michael Botti is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer III at One since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Software Engineer II and Software Developer I at iCIMS from January 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included building integrations using Java/Spring and Node.js in an agile environment. Additionally, Michael gained experience as a Software Development Intern at iCIMS in 2017, contributing to the internationalization of the main platform as part of the Localization team. Michael obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University (2015-2017) and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Brookdale Community College (2011-2014), following education at Howell High School (2007-2011).
