Marissa Petrullo is a skilled professional with a diverse background in talent operations and human resources. Currently, Marissa works in the Office of the CEO at One, an independent fintech startup supported by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, since February 2023. Previously, Marissa held multiple roles at Twitter from June 2019 to February 2023, including Program Manager II and Talent Operations Manager. Other notable positions include Talent Partner at Verizon, Human Resources roles at Nestlé Waters and SUEZ, and Talent Coordinator at Alfa Art Gallery, where Marissa developed the first e-newsletter and launched a successful revenue-generating program.
