Dominic Teague is a highly experienced executive chef with a career spanning over three decades in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at One Aldwych since June 2012, Dominic has previously held key positions including Executive Sous Chef at Sandy Lane, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations at a 5 Diamond AAA rated resort, and Head Chef at Andaz Hotels by Hyatt, recognized for retaining 3 rosettes for four consecutive years. Earlier roles include Executive Chef at L'Escargot, where oversight included two restaurants, and Sous Chef at The Oakroom under Marco Pierre White. Dominic's foundational culinary training began at Brighton College of Technology from 1988 to 1990, followed by various positions starting as Commis Chef at The Lanesborough Hotel.
