Currently serving as Executive Chef at One Aldwych since June 2012, Dominic has previously held key positions including Executive Sous Chef at Sandy Lane, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations at a 5 Diamond AAA rated resort, and Head Chef at Andaz Hotels by Hyatt, recognized for retaining 3 rosettes for four consecutive years. Earlier roles include Executive Chef at L'Escargot, where oversight included two restaurants, and Sous Chef at The Oakroom under Marco Pierre White.
