Laura Nuttall ACG has extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial roles. Currently, Laura serves as the Deputy Chair of the QCA Corporate Governance Expert Group at The Quoted Companies Alliance and is also the Director and Head of Governance, Compliance, and Company Secretarial at ONE Advisory. With a background in corporate law and natural resources, Laura has previously held positions at FINSBURY FOOD GROUP PLC and McGrigors LLP. Laura has a strong educational background, holding degrees in Law from The University of Edinburgh and the College of Law, London.
