André Breaux serves as the Vice President of Policy Initiatives and Governmental Affairs at One Acadiana since October 2015, focusing on transportation, workforce development, and urban revitalization while fostering relationships with public officials. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Advisor and Special Projects Coordinator for Mayor Kevin Johnson, where André facilitated housing initiatives and improved public trust in law enforcement. Additional contributions include graduate consulting at Respire Haiti and the Arkansas Out-of-School Network, along with teaching at New Orleans Charter Science & Mathematics High School, achieving significant student performance improvements. André holds a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Loyola University New Orleans.
