Khristian Vinca has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2016, they started their career at the Center for Tomorrow's Leaders as a Fellows Program participant and Social Media Manager. In 2018, they co-founded LessonHop and later worked as a Social Media Marketing professional at CreatEd Institute, Inc. Khristian also served as a Creative Lead and Social Media Manager at Create & Commune. In 2020, Khristian co-founded Initiatrs and worked as a Co-Founder & Navigator until October 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Digital Strategy Consultant at C4 Christ Centered Community Church. In 2021, Khristian joined Excel College as the Creative Marketing Director. In 2018, they founded Oncorage and currently serves as the Founder & CEO. Overall, Khristian has gained expertise in areas such as marketing, social media management, entrepreneurship, and strategy consulting.

Khristian Vinca earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from CreatEd Institute between 2017 and 2019.
