Lina Rydner has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Lina is currently the Head of CMC at Oncopeptides AB (publ), a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a CMC Director at the same company starting in August 2020. Before joining Oncopeptides, Lina worked as a CMC Project Director at Oncopeptides from June 2018 to August 2020. Lina also has experience as a Scientist and CMC Project Manager at Recipharm at OnTarget Chemistry AB from April 2011 to June 2018. Lina started their career as a PhD-student at Stockholms universitet in 2004 and completed their studies in 2010.

Lina Rydner began their education journey at Linköping University from 2000 to 2004. During this time, the specific degree and field of study were not provided. Following this, they pursued a PhD at Stockholm University from 2004 to 2010, specializing in Synthetic Carbohydrate Chemistry.
