Syd Nicholson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Development Team at OnBoard since July 2022, Syd leads a high-performing team focused on expanding board intelligence software across diverse markets in the Americas and internationally. Previously, Syd held various positions at Wiley from July 2006 to June 2022, culminating in the role of Director of Customer Success, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers dedicated to onboarding and supporting educators. Additional roles at Wiley included Associate Director and District Sales Manager, where Syd played a key role in driving sales and managing teams across various educational segments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personal Banker at Huntington National Bank. Syd holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
