Niko Garcia has a varied work experience. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Impact Team Member at Hollister Co. and as a Drummer at the United Methodist Church. From 2007 to 2019, they have worked in various roles, including General Maintenance at Q&N Properties LLC, Office 365 Escalations Engineer and Microsoft Concierge Ambassador at Mural Consulting, Project Manager, Systems Administrator, Junior Systems Administrator, and Sharepoint Consultant at OnboardIT, and Engineering Support Specialist at Woven. Most recently, from 2013 to 2019, they worked as an Advanced Repair Agent and Consultation Agent at Geek Squad.

Niko Garcia began their educational journey at the University of Arizona in 2010, but did not complete a degree. In 2012, they transferred to Pima Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies in 2017. Additionally, Niko obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General in 2017, and an Associates of Applied Science in Game and Interactive Media Design in 2015. In 2014, Niko earned a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent Platinum certification from Bestbuy.
