Bill Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications/Advertising from Loyola University Maryland. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two certifications. In January 2020, they received a Customer Experience Management Certification - Level 2 from Medallia. Furthermore, in October 2018, they obtained a Double Goal Coach Certification from the Positive Coaching Alliance.
