Johan van den Berg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Handpicked Agencies since July 2015, overseeing HR for a family of specialized agencies with over 285 craftsmen. Johan also holds HR roles at Fingerspitz Online Marketing and Bluebird Day, contributing to award-winning agencies recognized for their excellence in digital marketing and e-commerce. Previous experience includes serving as HR advisor at Topdirection and secretary of the alumni association Output, alongside earlier roles in research at Universiteit Utrecht and internships. Johan earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University.
