Jade Hunt possesses extensive experience in case management and support services, currently serving as a Case Manager at On With Life since May 2019. Prior to this role, Jade worked as a Community Based Case Manager at UnitedHealth Group from December 2017 to May 2019, and held the position of Long Term Services and Supports Case Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas from March 2017 to November 2017. Additionally, Jade was a Case Manager at ChildServe from January 2011 to March 2017 and served as a Disability Program Navigator at Iowa Workforce Development from September 2008 to January 2011. Earlier career experience includes working as the Jobs for Veterans Program Coordinator at MRC-Minnesota Resource Center from November 2005 to September 2008. Jade holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Rehabilitation Services and a Master's degree in Counselor Education, both from Emporia State University.
