Shelly Jansen currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at On Trac, Inc. since July 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Operations. Prior to this role, Shelly Jansen worked at Atlantic Engineering Group from May 2005 to March 2023 as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office. Earlier in the career, Shelly Jansen was employed by York International from January 1995 to May 2005 as a Senior Manager, overseeing all raw materials for production lines and managing four shifts, four supervisors, four team leaders, and 104 forklift operators.
