Lisa founded Grit & Soul Marketing, serving as a consultant from 2018 to 2020, and held the position of Vice President of Marketing at ONE Brands in 2017-2018. Previous roles at Jenny Craig from 2012 to 2017 included Vice President of Marketing North America and Marketing Director for Brand & Food Products Innovation.
