Sarah Cowperthwaite's work experience starts in 2006 as an Office Administrator at Lucid Optical Services Ltd, where they established and developed the role, prepared award applications, managed telephone queries, processed invoices, and handled various administrative tasks.
In 2009, they joined Think Money Group as a Training and Development Administration Officer, where they supported the training department and performed tasks such as booking and preparing training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with the development of training materials. Sarah later moved up to the role of Training and Development Officer, taking on responsibilities such as researching, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for over 900 staff. Sarah achieved success in rewriting induction training sessions for debt solutions and call center staff.
Sarah then became a Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of customers in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), conducting reviews, compiling reports, and communicating with customers. Sarah transitioned to the role of Personal Claims Manager, where they handled missold Payment Protection Insurance claims, including speaking to clients and creditors, writing complaint letters, and managing client accounts. As a Mentor, they provided training and support to new starters and existing staff in the PPI Reclaims business.
In 2015, Sarah became a Senior Business Support Specialist at Think Money Group, where they gathered requirements for development, coordinated with various stakeholders, and ensured the delivery of requirements for larger projects. Prior to this role, they served as a Business Support Specialist Level 2, providing support to debt and sales teams, assisting with the development of IT systems and correspondence, and conducting testing to ensure business requirements were met.
In 2017, Sarah joined Fanatics, Inc. as a Business Analyst, responsible for gathering and analyzing project requirements. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, overseeing product development and managing projects until 2023.
Currently, Sarah works as a Product Manager at On the Beach, starting in 2023.
Sarah Cowperthwaite obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language from Lancaster University, where they attended from 2003 to 2006.
