Richard Baldanza is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business development, fire safety, and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at On Target Staffing, LLC and a Co-Founder of Gold Coast Solar Group since August 2023, Richard also holds a long-standing position as a firefighter with the City of Jersey City since July 2017. Previously, Richard was the Vice President of PRN CARE LLC and a Field Coordinator at Liberty Newspaper Distributors. Early career experience includes sales at Nordstrom. Richard's educational background features a BA in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, complemented by leadership experience as a Building Supervisor at Rutgers Recreation.
