Lumbardh Elshani has a range of work experience in the software development and data science fields. They most recently worked as a Founding Software Engineer at Sleek (YC S21) starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at KODE Labs in November 2021. Their experience also includes roles at behamics, where they worked as a Junior Data Scientist from January 2021 to November 2021, and as a Data Science Intern from October 2020 to January 2021.

Lumbardh Elshani completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from UBT - University for Business and Technology from 2017 to 2020.
