David Layne has a diverse and extensive background in audio and video production, project management, and customer support. David currently works as a Project Manager at ON Services - a GES company. Prior to this, David owned and operated East ATL Audio Video, offering full-service audio and video production for various events.

Before their ownership role, David worked as a Project Manager at ON Services - a GES company, specializing in trade shows, meetings, and live events. David handled pre-planning, labor hiring, equipment needs, and customer support.

David also served as the Director of Production Services at Atlanta Audio Visual, where they managed accounts, attracted new business, and facilitated projects for meetings, installations, and events across the country.

Earlier in their career, David held positions at Flexvisual, Inc. as an Account Executive/Project Manager, responsible for managing accounts for Fortune 500 companies and recommending technology and budget practices. David also worked as a Warehouse Manager at Flexvisual, overseeing equipment retrieval, quality control, and team management.

Furthermore, David gained experience as a Booking and Sound Engineer at Red Light Cafe, booking bands and negotiating contracts, as well as a Mobile Tech at PRG, prepping equipment and providing technical support for trade shows and events.

Additionally, David served as a Production Manager at Verastarr Inc., managing a team that built high-end audio components, and as a Sound Engineer at Whole World Theatre and a Post Engineer/Field Recorder at Base Camp Post, where they worked on sound recording and editing projects.

David Layne completed their education at the Expression College for Digital Arts from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Sound Arts. Prior to that, they attended Colorado State University from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Tourism. In addition to their formal education, David Layne has obtained certifications in Dante Level 1 and Level 2 from Audinate in February 2021.
