Nils Arne Altrogge has a diverse work experience. Nils Arne started their career as an intern at Columna Sport- und Gesundheitszentrum in 2010 before becoming an Applied Sports Scientist in education. Nils Arne then worked as an intern in marketing and sales at zebris medical GmbH in 2013. In the same year, they also started a role as a Master Thesis Student at On, where they eventually became an Innovation Engineer. Nils Arne then transitioned to a role as a Research Engineer before becoming an Innovation Technology Lead. In 2022, they became the Head of Technology Innovation at On and later transitioned into the role of Head of Innovation Portfolio Strategy in 2023. Additionally, Nils Arne Altrogge worked as a Student Assistant at Universität Paderborn and as a Guest Lecturer at Fachhochschule Technikum Wien.

Nils Arne Altrogge obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Sports Science from Paderborn University in the years 2010 to 2013. Nils Arne then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Sports Equipment Technology from FH Technikum Wien from 2013 to 2015.
