Suzi Martinez Carter is currently working as a Search Specialist at On-Ramps, a full-service search and consulting firm in the nonprofit sector. Suzi also runs their own consulting and coaching business, where Suzi serves as a Politicized Career Coach. Suzi has a passion for social change and supporting leaders in the nonprofit and social impact sectors. Suzi has a background in project consulting, campaign consulting, development, and outreach coordination. Suzi is also working towards certification with the International Coaching Federation and has a B.A. in Individualized Study: Cultural Communications.
