Michael Lynch is currently a Partner at ON Search Partners since January 2020. Prior to that, Michael was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry from August 2012 to January 2020 and a Partner at Spencer Stuart from October 2000 to August 2012. Michael also has experience as a Manager at Accenture, EDS, and IBM. Michael holds an MBA in Operations from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Victoria.
