Judy Chan Higa is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Lead Level of Care RN at On Lok since August 1995. In this role, Judy specializes in initial assessments and eligibility evaluations for PACE candidates, as well as overseeing documentation and medical records review. Judy is also responsible for supervising and training intake RNs and clinic nurses, and for organizing intake RN meetings. Prior to this, Judy worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital on a medical-surgical/telemetry floor from June 1999 to August 2005, and as a Pharmacy Technician at California Pacific Medical Center from 1991 to 1993. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and earlier studies at Saint Mary's College of California and Lowell High School.
