Dan Timm is a seasoned beverage and restaurant management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Beverage at On Deck Concepts since November 2021, Dan has also held leadership roles as Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Beverage within the same company. Previous positions include Director of Beverage at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. and BoomerJack's Grill and Bar. Dan's tenure at Topgolf as National Beverage Manager spanned from March 2012 to May 2020, and prior experience includes Director of Operations at GFI Enterprises and Managing Partner at Stonehouse Pubs. Dan began their career as General Manager at RAM Restaurant Group, overseeing multiple locations and launching new concepts. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado Christian University, complementing earlier studies at Colorado State University.
