Michelle Ho is a registered nurse with extensive experience in various clinical settings, currently serving as an RN II in the float pool at Good Samaritan Hospital since June 2013, specializing in oncology, cardiovascular, and medical-surgical units while advocating for patients and providing direct care. Since May 2012, Michelle has also worked as a PACU Nurse with On Assignment, performing preoperative assessments and serving as a circulating nurse for surgeries. Previous roles include PACU Staff Nurse at Santa Rosa Ambulatory Surgical Center, Staff Nurse II at El Camino Hospital, and Staff Nurse II in the Medical Surgical Unit at Sutter Medical Center, where skills in patient assessment and interdisciplinary collaboration were honed. Michelle's nursing education includes a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from California State University - East Bay and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Santa Rosa Junior College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
