Wolfgang Hoepfl currently serves as the Head of Innovation Group Operations at Omya, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Wolfgang held various leadership positions at Omya International AG, including Head of Project Management Office RDS from February 2017 to August 2024, and at Omya Development AG as Head of Competence Center Dry Process from September 2010 to January 2017. Wolfgang's career also includes experience as a Senior Project Manager at Bertrams Chemical Plants Ltd from April 2009 to August 2010. Wolfgang earned a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick between 1997 and 2000 and holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Verfahrensrechnik from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), completed in 1996.
