Sebastian ILINCA, MBA, is a Senior Project Manager at OMV, leading PMO for strategy implementation and business transformation projects since September 2022. Previously, at OMV Petrom from November 2016 to August 2022, Sebastian held positions including Senior Expert in Vehicle and Transportation Services, Interim Service Integration Department Manager overseeing IT projects, and Project Manager. Earlier experience includes a decade at Ensight Management Consulting as Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, focusing on strategy management and project execution. Additional roles involved organizational consulting at Impact - Constructor & Developer and project evaluation at the National Agency for Supporting Youth Initiatives. Sebastian holds an MBA from CEU Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Sociology from the National School of Political Studies and Administration.
