Badar Said Al Hajri, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a secondment role at Omran Group OM since October 2021, while simultaneously holding the position of HR Manager at Yiti Tourism Development Company LLC since August 2019. Previous roles include HR Officer positions at Oman Investment Fund Holding Company from June 2016 to July 2019 and Sovereign Wealth Fund, Oman from September 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included recruitment, policy implementation, and departmental consultancy. Badar began a career as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at Weatherford from June 2013 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 CIPD Intermediate Diploma in HR Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Sultan Qaboos University, and an Executive MBA from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
