Wouter Hielckert is a seasoned Solution Architect currently active at OMP since September 2024, with prior experience at The Logic Factory where Wouter led a significant Quintiq software implementation for a distinguished U.K. client. At Dassault Systèmes from June 2015 to July 2023, Wouter served as an Optimization Solution Architect, overseeing key optimization projects in North America that yielded substantial operational improvements across various sectors, including logistics and mining. Wouter also held the position of Operations Research Scientist Team Lead, managing a team in executing supply chain optimization projects for notable companies. Earlier roles as an Operations Research Scientist at Quintiq involved designing advanced optimization algorithms and mentoring junior staff, while prior experiences include software development at CCmath and instructional roles at esteemed educational institutions. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
